Pre-Shipping

These hats are custom made for you based on the photo you upload. Please allow for extra time for our artists to illustrate your pet, then convert that illustration into a special embroidery file that tells the machine how to create the design out of thread.

This process can add 14–21 days of pre-production time before your order is ready to ship.

Production Step	Behind the Scenes	Estimated Time
Design	Our designers illustrate your photo(s) by hand. We take the time to make sure the illustration is as good as possible before we move it over to Digitization.	5-7 Days
Digitization	The hand-drawn illustration is converted from a vector illustration into a format that the embroidery machine can understand. A person does this process on the computer—this gives us the ability to make sure the conversion looks as true to your pup as possible.	2-3 Days
Embroidery	This is where the design, now in a format that the embroidery machine can read, gets stitched into the hat. This can take some time since each hat is unique, and a human has to set up the different thread colors before the machine gives it a go.	10-14 Days

Shipping

We ship our hats using Standard USPS First Class ground shipping, which is free for all orders. Express shipping is also available within the domestic United States for $10. More details on our rates can be found below.
